12.08.010 - Aircraft minimum altitude.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drive, or cause to be driven, or to conduct, or cause to be conducted any aircraft, as defined in this chapter, in the air at a distance of less than 1,000 feet from the ground, except at prescribed landing places or in case of emergency.

12.08.020 - Aircraft defined.¶
The word "aircraft" used in this chapter shall, for the purpose of this chapter, be construed as follows: the word "aircraft" comprises all balloons whether fixed or free, airships, or flying machines.

12.08.030 - Vendor permit required.¶
It is unlawful to sell goods on any public street, highway, road, alley or sidewalk within the City without first obtaining a permit so to do from the City Council.

12.08.040 - News vendors prohibited on highway.¶
It is unlawful to sell newspapers or magazines on any portion of a public highway.

12.08.050 - Street closure or use restriction.¶
The Superintendent of Streets may restrict the use of, or close, any County highway whenever he/she considers such closing or restriction of use necessary:
A. For the protection of the public;
B. For the protection of such County highway from damage during storms;
C. During construction, improvement or maintenance operations thereon.

12.08.060 - Street work permit revocation—Street restoration.¶
Whenever a permittee fails to comply with the conditions established for the exercise of a privilege granted under a permit for the moving of buildings, the making of excavations in public streets or the laying, constructing and repairing of curbs and sidewalks, issued pursuant to County Ordinance No. 3597 as adopted by the City pursuant to Section 12.04.020, the Superintendent of Streets may revoke the privilege. Upon such revocation, the permittee shall immediately restore the highway to the Superintendent of Streets' satisfaction. If the permittee fails to do so, the Superintendent of Streets may restore the highway at the expense of the permittee or charge the permittee a fee of $100.00 a day for each day of failure to restore the highway.

12.08.080 - Prohibiting the use of skateboards, rollerskates and bicycles on sidewalks in posted areas.¶
A. Prohibited uses. The City Council, having made a finding that the operation of skateboards, rollerskates and bicycles on the sidewalks, or portions thereof will create a hazard to persons and property, does determine and declare said sidewalks, or portions thereof, as areas where the operation of skateboards, rollerskates, and bicycles is prohibited.
B. Definitions.
Bicycle means and includes any device upon which a person may ride, which is propelled by human power through a system of belts, chains or gears and which has wheels at least 20 inches in diameter and a frame size of at least 14 inches.
Rollerskates means any device or shoe which has wheels attached to it by any means whatsoever and which is intended to be propelled by pushing, pulling or the forces of gravity and to which there is not affixed any mechanism for steering.
Skateboard means any board or flat object which has wheels attached to it by any means whatsoever and which is intended to be propelled by pushing, pulling or the forces of gravity and to which there is not affixed any device or mechanism for steering.
C. Signs. Whenever any provision of this subsection designates and describes any sidewalk, or any portion thereof, as an area where the operation of skateboards, rollerskates, and/or bicycles is prohibited, the City shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof which constitutes an entrance to the area which has been so designated.
D. Skateboards, rollerskates and bicycles prohibited. No person shall operate, use, drive or cause to be propelled a skateboard, rollerskates or bicycle on any sidewalk, or portion thereof, which has been designated by a resolution of the City Council, as an area where operation of skateboards, rollerskates and bicycles is prohibited.
