10.20.010 - Maximum parking limit.

The Sheriff shall remove to a safe place every vehicle which has been parked or left standing upon a highway for 72 or more consecutive hours.

10.20.020 - Safe place defined.

As used in this chapter the words "safe place" include, but are not confined to, any garage, parking lot, or open space owned by, maintained by, or under the jurisdiction of the County, and also every privately owned garage the owner or proprietor of which will accept such vehicles.

10.20.040 - Parking spaces for physically handicapped persons.

It is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any vehicle in a stall or space located in any off-street parking facility owned or operated by the City and designated for physically handicapped persons, if, immediately adjacent to and visible from such stall or space, there is posted a sign consisting of a profile view of a wheelchair with occupant in white on a blue background, unless the vehicle displays either one of the distinguishing license plates or a placard issued pursuant to Section 22511.5 of the Vehicle Code, or to disabled veterans, as specified in Section 9105 of the Vehicle Code.
