10.16.010 - Survey.¶
Pursuant to Section 40802 of the Vehicle Code, the City shall conduct a traffic engineering survey with respect to the establishment of various speed limits within the City.

10.16.020 - Schedule.¶
The City Council, by resolution, shall designate prima facie speed limits upon streets in the City based upon traffic engineering surveys as authorized by Section 10.16.010 and the State of California Vehicle Code.
