§ 2.56.010. Date of general municipal election.¶
The City's general municipal election shall be held on the same day as, and consolidated with, the statewide general election, on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November in each even-numbered year.

§ 2.56.020. Date of elected officials take office.¶
Elected officials elected at the general municipal election shall take their office on the 4th Tuesday after the day of the general municipal election.
