4.28.020 - Penalties.¶

Each day that a violation is in existence beyond the established correction date, shall be a new and separate violation. Fines for infractions shall be paid within thirty days or be declared delinquent and the fine doubled. Failure to pay within ninety days shall result in a tripling of the fine, and filing of the amount with the county as a tax lien against the property.
