4.24.010 - Service fee imposed by resolution.¶

There shall be a service fee as set by resolution of the City Council, based on police or fire staff time, assessed against the alarm user when a police or fire response occurs as a result of a third or subsequent false alarm from an alarm system at the same address or location within any six consecutive calendar-month period.
