10.04.570 - Improper riding on bicycles and motorcycles.¶
No person shall ride upon a highway on either a motorcycle or bicycle on a portion of the vehicle which is not specifically designed for the carrying of passengers, nor shall any person operating a motorcycle or bicycle upon a highway permit another to do so.

10.04.580 - Clinging to moving vehicles.¶
It is unlawful for any person traveling upon any bicycle, motorcycle, motorscooter or any moving vehicle of any nature whatsoever, on any public highway, to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any other moving vehicle.

10.04.590 - Crossing funeral processions.¶
No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such procession are conspicuously so designated.

10.04.600 - Fresh pavement or wet markings.¶
No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted marking on any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking, or sign stating that the street or any portion thereof is closed.

10.04.610 - Limited access roadways.¶
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.

10.04.620 - Survey devices.¶
It is unlawful for any person to move, molest, tamper with or damage any survey device used for the purpose of making traffic investigations located on any City highway.
