10.12.010 - Assumption of jurisdiction.

The City Council elects to receive, deposit, accept forfeitures, and otherwise process the posting of bail for parking violations for which a written notice of parking violation has been issued within the boundaries of the City.

10.12.020 - Contracted services.

The City Council by minute action may contract with an authorized agency to provide for the receipt, deposit, acceptance and processing of bail for parking violations.

10.12.030 - Bail schedule.

The City Council shall establish a bail schedule for violations of its ordinances and for all parking violations occurring within the City, by resolution.

10.12.040 - Noncompliance or protest collections.

The San Bernardino County Municipal Court shall collect parking citation bail in those instances of noncompliance or protest.
