§ 3.04.010 RESTATEMENT OF EXISTING ORDINANCES.¶
The provisions of this title, insofar as they are substantially the same as existing ordinances relating to the same subject matter, shall be construed as restatements and continuations and not as new enactments.

§ 3.04.020 APPLICATION.¶
The provisions of this title shall apply in addition to all zoning, fire, building and other provisions of this code.

§ 3.04.030 PURPOSE.¶
The sole purpose of the provisions of this title is to provide regulations necessary to safeguard the peace, health, safety, convenience, morals and welfare of the public.
