Sec. 2.20.010. - Declaration of intent to receive state aid.¶
The town declared that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Penal Code § 13509.

Sec. 2.20.020. - Adherence to standards.¶
Pursuant to Penal Code § 13522, the town will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
