§ 7-9.1. Regulating Parking on City Owned Facilities.

[Ord. #80-3, S1-3]

a. No person shall park for more than one hour in a city-owned parking facility between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

b. The director of public works is hereby directed to post city-owned parking facilities with signs indicating the maximum parking limit and the hours of said maximum parking limit.

c. Any person who shall violate the provision of this section, by stopping, parking or letting stand any vehicle in any manner contrary to the regulations set forth hereinabove, shall be guilty of an infraction and punishable in accordance with Government Code section 36900 of the State of California.
