12.20.010 - Parks closed to use during certain hours.¶
City parks and city recreation areas shall be closed to use by the public during such hours as the city council may establish by resolution.

12.20.020 - Unlawful acts.¶
It is unlawful for any person to enter, trespass upon, loiter or remain in a city park or city recreation area during such time as the city park or city recreation area is closed to use by the public, unless such person has written permission from the city clerk.

12.20.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars and not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
