10.72.010 - Compliance required.

No person shall drive or ride any bicycle, nor shall any person stop, park or leave standing any bicycle, whether attended or unattended, upon the driveways, paths, parking facilities or the grounds of any city property within the city, except with the permission of, and upon the conditions and regulations as may be imposed by the city council.

10.72.020 - Establishment of restricted parking-Posting of restrictions.

The city council shall by resolution establish restricted parking areas for bicycles and shall direct the director of public works to post signs indicating the nature of the restriction or restrictions. When said signs are posted no person shall park, ride, drive or leave standing any bicycle in violation of the restrictions designated thereon.
