10.56.010 - Use of streets for storage of vehicles prohibited.

A. Any person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle shall not park any vehicle upon any public street or dedicated alley for more than seventy- two consecutive hours.

B. In the event a vehicle is parked or left standing upon a public street or dedicated alley in excess of a consecutive period of seventy-two hours, any sworn member of the police department may remove such vehicle from the street in the manner and subject to the requirements of Section 22651 of the California Vehicle Code.
