Section 13.1. Other Taxes.

Since the passage of Proposition 13, and implementing legislation by the State Legislature, the District receives only a portion of the general one percent levy collected by the County. The portion of the one percent that the District receives is determined pursuant to procedures established by the State Legislature and administered by the County.
