Section 10.1. Compliance with Environmental Review/CEQA.¶

District compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act will be governed by the Act and the City of Encinitas guidelines for the implementation of CEQA as described in Section 23.80.070 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The City of Encinitas guidelines are adopted herein by this reference.
