1. WATER AVAILABILITY & COMMITMENT LETTER.

A fee of $ 106.00 is required at the time of request.

2. HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS.

6. FIRE FLOW TEST.

A deposit will be required for a fire flow test. The deposit will be based upon the job estimate. The payment does not guarantee that a test will be taken. If it is determined that due to restrictions at the site no test can be taken, the District will return the deposit.
