13-7-1: ADOPTION OF INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, 2024 EDITION:¶
Pursuant to California Government Code § 50022.1 to 50022.8, the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), 2024 Edition, promulgated and published by the International Code Council, adopted by reference, subject to the amendments, additions and deletions set forth below. One (1) true copy of the IPMC, is on file in the office of the building official and is available for public inspection as required by law. (Ord. 1530, 12-6-2016; amd. 13-7-2: AMENDMENTS TO THE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE:¶
Section 106.1 of the IPMC is hereby amended to read as follows:
IPMC Section 106.1 General, is deleted in its entirety. The 2025 California Building Code, as incorporated into the El Segundo Municipal Code, will govern the administration of the IPMC.
Sections [A]106.2 through 106.4 of the IPMC are hereby deleted.
