13-3-1: ADOPTION OF CALIFORNIA ELECTRICAL CODE, 2025 EDITION:¶
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 50022.2, the California Electrical Code, 2025 Edition, published as Title 24, Part 3, of the California Code of Regulations, including all Annexes except H, ("CEC") is adopted by reference, subject to the amendments, additions and deletions set forth in Section 13-3-2. One (1) true copy of the CEC, is on file in the office of the building official and is available for public inspection as required by law.
