13-17-1: ADOPTION OF THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE:¶
Pursuant to California Government Code sections 50022.1 to 50022.8, the uniform housing code, 1997 edition, published by the International Conference Of Building Officials ("UHC") is adopted by reference. One true copy of the UHC, is on file in the office of the building official and is available for public inspection as required by law. (Ord. 1537, 12-6-2016)
