Sec. 8.72.010. - Title.

This chapter shall be known and may be referred to in all proceedings as the County Municipal Court District Location Ordinance.

Sec. 8.72.030. - Placerville.

The department of the County municipal court known as the Placerville Department shall regularly hold sessions for criminal and civil traffic offenses and small claims matters at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, California (known as the West Slope Traffic Complex).

Sec. 8.72.040. - Cameron Park.

The department of the County municipal court known as the Cameron Park Department shall regularly hold sessions for traffic offenses, civil and small claims matters at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, California (known as the west slope traffic complex) and shall regularly hold sessions for criminal matters at 3321 Cameron Park Drive, Cameron Park, California.

Sec. 8.72.050. - South Lake Tahoe.

The department of the County municipal court known as the South Lake Tahoe Department shall regularly hold sessions for criminal and civil matters at 1354 Johnson Boulevard, Suite 1, South Lake Tahoe, California and for alleged traffic offenses, and small claims matters at 3368 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, Suite 100, South Lake Tahoe, California.
