10.60.010 - Trespasses prohibited.

A. No person shall enter upon private or public property or business premises after having been notified by the owner or lessee or other person or entity in charge thereof not to enter.

B. No person shall remain upon any private or public property or business premises, after being notified by the owner or lessee or other person or entity in charge thereof to leave.

C. No person shall throw or place any substance or material on private or public property or business premises without the permission of the owner or lessee or other person or entity in charge thereof.

D. No person shall cause the entry of another person or persons upon any private or public property or business premises without the consent of the owner or lessee or other person or entity in charge thereof.

10.60.020 - Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply in any of the following instances:

A. Where its application results or is coupled with an act, prohibited by law, relating to prohibited discrimination against any person on account of color, race, religion, creed, ancestry or national origin;

B. Where its application results in or is coupled with an act prohibited by law relating to duties of innkeepers and common carriers;

C. Where its application would result in an interference with or inhibition of lawful labor activities;

D. Where its application would result in an interference with or inhibition of any other exercise of a constitutionally protected right of freedom of speech.

E. Where the trespass is committed by any authorized peace officer or law enforcement agent in the execution of such officer's or agent's official duty.

F. Where a person is visiting or calling at the residence or place of business of another person in order to transact any legitimate business.
