El Cerrito Municipal Code Ch. 10.40 Gate Crashing

No person shall enter any place of amusement, entertainment or recreation to which an admission fee or membership fee is charged, without first paying such admission fee or membership fee. Any person may enter any place where an admission fee is charged at the door, and where the capacity of the building will permit the admission. This section shall not apply to the entry into any such place by a peace officer acting within the scope and course of official duties.
