10.45.010 - Destruction of city landscaping.¶

A. No person shall pick any flower or remove or damage any plant life in or on any public park, place or property belonging to the city without the express authorization of the city manager.

B. Notwithstanding subsection (A) of this section, any person defacing or destroying any street tree or other landscaping on city property or right-of-way shall be responsible to reimburse the city for the full replacement cost of in-kind, mature landscaping of equal size and vigor.
