10.20.010 - Drinking in publicly owned places.¶
A. No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage upon any public street, alleyway, sidewalk or parkway, public lavatory, auto park or entrance to any building within the city.
B. No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage in any publicly owned building or on any public school property unless a permit authorizing such consumption has been obtained from the city manager.
