Sec. 14-36. - Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage within the city in the business of wrecking motor vehicles or farming machinery, or in the storing or sale of used or secondhand parts or accessories of motor vehicles or farming machinery without a license to do so.

Sec. 14-37. - Application.

Any person desiring a license as required in section 14-36 shall make application therefor to the license collector.

Sec. 14-38. - Payment of license fee.

Upon the granting of a license, as required in section 14-36, the person to whom such license is granted shall pay in advance such fee as shall be provided by chapter 16, article II of this Code.

Sec. 14-39. - Limitations on issuance.

No license as required in section 14-36 shall be issued to any minor person under the age of nineteen (19) years nor within ten (10) days from and after the application therefor.

Sec. 14-40. - Revocation.

A license as required in section 14-36 may be revoked by action of the council by reason of any violation of the general law or of this article or a failure to comply with the requirements of this article on the part of the licensee.
