8.12.380 - Requirements for preparation.

All food served by a caterer shall be prepared in an establishment which conforms with the requirements imposed upon restaurants both by Section 28520 et seq. of the California Health and Safety Code and by regulations promulgated pursuant thereto whether or not such establishment constitutes a restaurant hereunder.

8.12.390 - Transportation of food.

Caterers shall transport food only if packaged in dust-proof containers and conveyed in vehicles in a clean condition.

8.12.400 - Prohibition regarding animals.

No live animals may be transported in any vehicle used by a caterer to transport food.

8.12.410 - Temperature for perishable foods.

Caterers shall maintain a temperature for perishable food of forty-five (45) degrees Fahrenheit or below or one hundred forty (140) degrees Fahrenheit or above, as appropriate, until such foods are served.
