3.48.010 - Duties of city treasurer—Transferred to county.

Pursuant to California Government Code Section 51501, the duties of city treasurer are transferred to the treasurer of the county.

Money shall be drawn from the city funds held by the treasurer by warrant from the controller of San Mateo County as authorized by either the city manager or the city clerk.
