Dunsmuir Municipal Code Ch. 2.28 Community Redevelopment

2.28.010 - Established.¶

The city council hereby declares that there is a need for a community redevelopment agency to function in the city and hereby creates and activates such agency to be known as the "Dunsmuir community redevelopment agency."

2.28.020 - City council deemed redevelopment agency—New membership established.¶

Upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section and Section 2.28.030, the city council of the city, the legislative body of the city, shall be deemed to be the Dunsmuir redevelopment agency and the city councilmembers of the city shall henceforth be the five members of the Dunsmuir redevelopment agency.

2.28.030 - Compensation limited to expenses incurred.¶

The members of the legislative body of the city shall be entitled to actual and necessary expenses including travel expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties but shall be entitled to no other compensation for services as members of the Dunsmuir redevelopment agency.
