10.21.010 - Operational vehicles—Definition.¶
Operational vehicles are defined as those in Section 10.20.020 of this title, "Vehicle," and are currently registered for operation on state highways and are in a safe and operable condition.

10.21.020 - Types of vehicles.¶
Operational vehicles, including pickup trucks and recreational vehicles, may be stored in the side or rear yards of property and only if such parking does not obstruct a vista. Such vehicles may be covered with a fitted tarp. Loose, general tarps are not permitted.
