10.08.010 - Designated.

A. Two-hour parking zones are restricted between the hours of eight a.m. to six p.m., Monday to Saturday, except holidays, and said zones are described below:

  1. Dunsmuir Avenue, both sides, from Spruce Street on the north to Cedar Street on the south;

  2. Dunsmuir Avenue, east side, from Cedar Street on the north for a distance of three hundred twenty-five (325) feet, southerly, more or less.

B. No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle six feet or more in height (including any load thereon) within one hundred (100) feet of the following intersections:

  1. Dunsmuir Avenue and Wells Avenue (west side).

  2. Dunsmuir Avenue and Stagecoach Avenue (west side).

  3. Dunsmuir Avenue and Siskiyou Avenue (west side).

  4. Dunsmuir Avenue and Pioneer Avenue (west side).

C. No person shall park a commercial vehicle having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of ten thousand (10,000) pounds or more between the hours of two a.m. and six a.m. on Dunsmuir Avenue from the south city limit north to Oak Street.

D. Three-hour parking zones are restricted between the hours of eight a.m. to six p.m., Monday to Saturday, except holidays, and said zones are described below:

  1. Pine Street, both sides, from Shasta Avenue on the west to Sacramento Avenue on the east;

  2. Sacramento Avenue, west side, between Pine Street and Cedar Street;

  3. City parking lot across from intersection of Cedar Street and Dunsmuir Avenue (except for city-owned or leased vehicles).
