§ 7182.6. SAME: ROUTES OF TRAVEL.

By Resolution the City Council has established that only the following streets shall be used for the purpose of transporting overloads:

Florence Avenue

Garfield Avenue Imperial Highway Old River School Road

Paramount Boulevard

Rosecrans Avenue

Stewart and Gray Road – Lakewood Boulevard/Firestone Boulevard

Telegraph Road

§ 7182.6.2. SAME: SAME: EXCEPTIONS.¶

The following two streets in Downey are state highways:

Firestone Boulevard

Lakewood Boulevard

Any transportation of overloads on these streets would require a permit issued by the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans). (Added by Ord. 850, adopted 05-12-87)
