By Resolution the City Council has established that only the following streets shall be used for the purpose of transporting overloads:

| Paramount Boulevard |
| Rosecrans Avenue |
| Stewart and Gray Road – Lakewood Boulevard/ |
| Telegraph Road |

§ 7182.6.2. SAME: SAME: EXCEPTIONS.¶
The following two streets in Downey are state highways:

Any transportation of overloads on these streets would require a permit issued by the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans).
