3.44.010 - Created.¶

There is established in city treasury a fund to be known as the "Sewer Operation Fund."

(Ord. 438 §1, 1964).

3.44.020 - Source of moneys.¶

All use fees or service charges collected pursuant to Chapter 13.12 shall be deposited by the city treasurer into the sewer operation fund.

3.44.030 - Use.¶

This fund shall be used for operation and extension improvement and maintenance of the city's sanitary sewer collection and disposal system and the municipal sewer farm.
