14.29.005 - Adoption of code.¶
Subject to the additions, deletions and amendments set forth in California Code of Regulations, Title 24, California Building Standards Code and the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Building Officials, is adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this chapter with all of its indices and appendices except as amended by Section 14.29.020.

14.29.020 - Section 102 (b)—Scope.¶
Section 102 (b) of the abatement of dangerous buildings code adopted in Section 14.29.005 is amended to read as follows:
Section 102 (b). Scope. The provisions of this Code shall apply to all dangerous buildings, as herein defined, which are now in existence or which may hereafter become dangerous in this City.
