3-7 STREET LIGHTING SERVICE CHARGE IMPOSED.

3-7.1 Charge Imposed; Operative Date. ¶
Street lighting service charges are hereby assessed and levied upon all parcels located within every service area providing street lighting services on July 1, 1979, and thereafter for each succeeding fiscal year. These service charges shall be adopted pursuant to Section 3-5. (Ord. #15, §1[8])
3-7.2 Computation of Street Lighting Service Charge. ¶
In computing the street lighting service charge pursuant to subsection 3-6.1, the City Engineer may consider the class of use being made of the parcel, the intensity of lighting use, and the need for lighting as an anticrime measure. (Ord. #15, §1[8])
