§ 8.01.470. Final Reports.

Upon completion of the rough grading work and at the final completion of the work, the Director may require the written approvals, reports, drawings and supplements thereto specified in Subarticle 15 of the Grading Manual.

§ 8.01.480. Notification of Completion.

The permittee or his or her agent shall notify the Director when the grading operation is ready for final inspection, and certifications have been prepared by the civil engineer, soils engineer, and/or other authorized professional of record indicating that all work has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and reports. All work including installation of all drainage facilities and their protective devices and all erosion control measures must be completed in accordance with the final approved grading plan and the required reports approved by the Director before final approval of the grading permit is given by the Director, the Director may approve the grading work prior to completion of all work in special cases of extreme hardship and if no hazard exists and an adequate grading permit bond is posted to assure completion of all remaining work.
