§ 8.36.001. Adoption of the California Existing Building Code.¶

The City Council of the City of Dana Point hereby adopts by reference the California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 10, known and designated as the California Existing Building Code, 2025 Edition. The California Existing Building Code is on file for public examination in the office of the Building Official.
