§ 8.38.001. Adoption of California Referenced Standards Code.¶

The City Council of the City of Dana Point hereby adopts by reference the California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 12, known and designated as the California Referenced Standards Code, 2025 Edition. The California Referenced Standards Code is on file for public examination in the office of the Building Official.
