§ 8.34.001. Adoption of the California Historical Building Code.¶

The City Council of the City of Dana Point hereby adopts by reference the California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 8, known and designated as the California Historical Building Code, 2025 Edition. The California Historical Building Code is on file for public examination in the office of the Building Official.
