12.28.010 - Plants in parkways obstructing traffic visibility.¶

Whenever the public works director finds that any hedge, shrubbery or tree growing in a parkway obstruct the view of any intersection, or any traffic upon the streets approaching such intersection, the public works director shall cause the hedge, shrubbery or tree to be immediately removed or reduced in height at the property owner's expense.
