Chapter 2.20 — PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION

2.20.010 - Created—Membership.¶

A permanent park and recreation commission is created, consisting of not less than five nor more than seven members.

2.20.020 - Powers and duties.¶

The commission shall have full authority to investigate and report to the town council with regard to all park and recreation matters. The powers of the commission shall be purely advisory to the town council, and the commission shall incur no expenses of any kind without the prior approval of the town council.
