2.08.010 - Town council—Salaries.¶
(a)
The salaries of the councilmembers, including the mayor, are fixed at the sum of nine hundred and fifty dollars per month.
(b)
A councilmember may waive any or all of the compensation permitted by this section.

2.08.030 - Town council—Reimbursement.¶
The salaries prescribed in Section 2.08.010 are, and shall be, exclusive of any amounts payable to each member of the council as reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred by him/her in the performance of official duties for the town as provided in Section 36514.5 of the Government Code of the state.
