6.40.010 - County provisions adopted by reference.

The herein Designated Division 8 to Title 3 of the San Bernardino County Code which adds provisions pertaining to Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances is adopted by reference and made a Part hereof. Three copies of said code have been certified as true copies and filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Colton. Division 8 to Title 3 of the San Bernardino County Code so adopted by reference is made a Part of this chapter as though set forth at length herein.

The Department of Environmental Health Services of the County of San Bernardino is named as the implementing agency of this chapter.
