5.36.010 - License required—Fee.¶
All Owners, possessors or managers of pool or billiard Establishments in the City Shall pay a license Fee as required under the Business License Classification A (Gross Receipts).

5.36.020 - Permit—Application.¶
Any Person who desires to conduct, maintain, or own in the City, a billiard room or poolroom, with over two pool tables (three or more), Shall make Application therefor in writing for a Conditional Use Permit to the City. Such Application Shall be made on a form prescribed by the City.

5.36.030 - Persons under fourteen—Allowing on Premises prohibited—Exception.¶
It is unlawful for any Owner, manager, or other Person in charge of any pool or billiard Establishment in the City, either by himself or through an agent, clerk, or Employee, to Permit or allow any Person under the age of fourteen Years (unless accompanied by a Parent or legal guardian) to visit or play any game therein.

5.36.040 - Persons under fourteen—Age misrepresentation prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any Person under the age of fourteen Years to misrepresent his age to any Owner, manager, agent, or Employee of any pool or billiard Establishment in the City for the purpose of visiting or playing any game therein.

5.36.050 - Age statement—Owner's protection from prosecution.¶
Such Owner or proprietor of a pool or billiard Establishment in the City May require a Written statement as to the age of any Person desiring to visit or play any game in such pool or billiard Establishment in the City; and when such statement is Secured in good faith it Shall protect such Owner or proprietor from prosecution.

5.36.060 - Age statement—Filing—Open to Police inspection.¶
All such signed statements Shall be kept on file and Shall at all times be open to the inspection of any Police Officer of the City.

5.36.070 - Wagers on games prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any such Owner, or Person in charge of such pool and billiard Establishment, to allow any wager to be made on any game played therein.

5.36.080 - Signs to be posted setting forth rules and regulations.¶
At least four Signs Shall be posted and maintained at conspicuous places in and about the billiard room or poolroom, printed in bold one-inch-high letters, placed on a contrasting background, and setting forth the substance of the rules and regulations contained in this chapter.

5.36.090 - Compliance with State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).¶
All billiard room or poolroom Establishments in the City Shall be in compliance with requirements issued by the State Alcohol and Beverage Control (ABC) Board.

5.36.100 - Violation of Sections 5.36.010 through 5.36.080—Penalty.¶
Chapter 18.60, Sections 18.60.030 and 18.60.040 Shall govern for the purpose of enforcement of Sections 5.36.010 through 5.36.080.
