Clayton Municipal Code Ch. 10.38 Schedule of Parking

10.38.010 - Uniform Schedule of Parking Penalties for Parking Violations.¶

Effective forthwith, a new schedule of parking penalties for parking violations within the City of Clayton, both as to California Vehicle Code and Clayton Municipal Code violations, is established as set forth in an attachment to Ordinance No. 310, adopted December 7, 1993. The schedule of parking penalties may be amended from time to time by Council resolution.
