Sec. 94-76. - Persons riding bicycles.

Notwithstanding Vehicle Code §§ 21050 and 21200(a), any person may ride a bicycle on a sidewalk which is designated by the director as a part of the city bike route system and which is identified for such use by appropriate signs giving notice thereof. A bicyclist using a sidewalk as authorized by this section shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian using the sidewalk.

Sec. 94-77. - Railway gates.

No person shall drive any vehicle around, or under, any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while the gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed.
