Chino Municipal Code Ch. 15.70 Appeals

Any recipient of a decision, order or determination by the city's building official or designee relating to the application of regulations and building standards codified in Title 15 of this code may appeal that decision, order or determination in accordance with Section 8.50.100 and Chapter 8.50 of this code. The failure to file a timely and complete appeal as required by Section 8.50.100 and Chapter 8.50 shall constitute a waiver of all rights to appeal and a failure to exhaust administrative remedies. The decision of the hearing officer, as provided in Section 8.50.100, shall be final.
