§ 9132.8. Fairs and Bazaars.

Fairs and bazaars when conducted by a church, school or other nonprofit public service organization are a permitted accessory use provided the fair or bazaar is located on the same site as the subject facility, does not occupy more than fifty (50) percent of the required parking area or obstruct circulation and that said events do not occur more than four (4) times in any one (1) year unless approved by the Director for additional events.
