§ 9128.86. Second Primary Units and Two (2) Unit Developments - Design Standards.

  • A. Second primary units, and each unit of a two (2) unit development, shall comply with all objective design standards that would be applicable to a primary dwelling unit on the same parcel.

  • B. The architectural design and detailing, roof material, exterior color, and finish materials of a second primary unit shall be the same as those of the primary dwelling unit. Both units of a two (2) unit development shall have identical roof material, exterior color, and finish materials.
